Am I required to personally receive my transfer?
Yes, it is a person to person transaction, but on every rule an axception can be made. Please contact us.
Do I have to prove why I am sending money?
For certain amounts it is mandory to proof why you are sending money.

Why do I need to provide my identity information for a transaction?
For every transaction a valid ID is mandatory. According to the regulations of the Central Bank of Suriname (CBVS), financial institutions ,we are require to verify the Identity of their clients.
Who can do a moneytransfer?
Anyone who meets the age of 18 with the legal requirements such as a valid identification.
How can I prevent becoming a victim of scams?
1. Never share your personal information with strangers.
2. Never send money to strangers. Only send money if you know the person or their intent.
